Redeeming Your Gift Certificate
When you recieve your gift certificate, you may redeem it at any time. Gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date. You may bring the certificate to our warehouse showroom in Cincinnati (open seasonal hours only) or give our customer service department a call and we will redeem your certificate and ship your basket right away.

Browse our website, choose the basket or gift you wish to purchase. Call customer service at 1-800-394-3607 tell the helpful representitive which basket you want. We will look up your account and apply the balance of your certificate to your new purchase.
