What are your normal business hours?

We are a small company & make numerous deliveries throughout the day. Call us, and we will arrange a time to meet you there. During the holiday season, we keep standard, daytime hours.

Can I order a gift basket and pick it up?

Absolutely! Let us know what you want and when you’d like to come get it. How much notice do you need to make a basket? We work very fast. We do not keep inventory made up in the off season, but we will not keep you waiting. What about shipping chocolates in warm weather? We reserve the right to make substitutions based on weather and product availability. Availability issues are rare, but the summer is long.

Do you sell my email or mailing list or use it for any reason other than communicating directly with me?

No and no.

Do you do international shipping?

No, we will package your gift basket for shipping at no extra charge, but we do not ship international. I see local delivery is $10.95.

Would that amount apply to multiple packages going to the same location?

No, call us and we will quote you a very fair price. If I order lots of items could I get a quantity discount? Call us and we will discuss.

Do you ever donate gift baskets?

We can help you with fundraising.

Can you guarantee a delivery date and time?

We guarantee a ship date, and we use FedEx Ground.
